Haele Hasan Alawad and Maryam Housen Alhaffash

Haele and Maryam were born in 1988 and 1990. They have four children: the oldest, Aya, born in 2010, Yazan, born in 2012, Mouhammad, born in 2016, and the youngest, Adam, born in 2019.
Until 2014, the family lived in their home in Kane Al Chech situated in the Golan Heights. Maryam, the mother, was studying English literature at the university, while the father, Haele, worked as a tiler. At this time, hostilities with raids and destruction reached the Golan region. Their home having been destroyed, Haele and Maryam had to flee with two of their children, Aya and Yazan, to seek refuge in Nabatieh in the south of Lebanon. They live there under very precarious conditions in a room which they rent with Maryam's sister-in-law.
Under these conditions, where access to essential goods and services is becoming difficult, work is rare and rents prohibitive, aid from Coup de Pouce will be a welcome relief for this family.
