Yousef Sahran and Jalileh Al Ali

The family lives in a house belonging to the grandparents and situated in the district of Geweran, south of Hassakeh. The six members of the family live there with the sister-in-law and the grandmother aged 100 who needs care as she suffers from several illnesses.
Yousef works as a day labourer in Geweran and its surroundings. Because of the instability and lack of security in this area since 2011, the living conditions have deteriorated provoking the exodus of a large proportion of the inhabitants and causing supply problems with fuel and flour. As for the children, the three oldest are attending school and the little one, Taim, is suffering from a congenital malformation. He has already had one unsuccessful operation and a second one is required to restore his health.
Aid from Coup de Pouce will enable this family to give top priority to their health expenses.
