Daouhaa Al Ousman and the late Mouhamed Al Ousman

The family that Coup de Pouce is proposing to aid in August comprises the mother Daouhaa born in 1980 and her four children: Mahmoud born in 2009, Nabil born in 2010, Maria born in 2012 and Bisane born in 2014.
Before the hostilities reached the Hama region, the family of Daouhaa and her husband Mouhamed owned an apartment in the town of Souran. From the end of August 2016 until the Spring of 2017, violent confrontations took place in this area. At the beginning of 2017 the father, who was employed in the transportation of vegetables between Souran and Hama, went to work and never returned. The family later learned of his death. From that time on the family, deprived of means and income, had to leave their home which had been totally destroyed. Forced to leave Souran in dramatic circumstances, they had to leave the oldest child behind for four days due to a lack of room in the transport vehicle.
The family now lives in Hama under extremely difficult conditions. In fact, the two oldest children, Mahmoud and Nabil, are suffering from a debilitating illness as well as diabetes. They cannot attend school and need regular care, notably insulin injections. Daouhaa sometimes works as a housekeeper but finds it difficult to leave her children.
In these circumstances, aid from Coup de Pouce will enable this family to deal with their most urgent expenses in terms of accommodation, nutrition and health.
