Abed Al Fayad and Zakieh Al Oumary

This September, we are proposing that you aid a family comprising a husband and wife, Abed Al Fayad born in 1954 and Zakieh Al Oumary born in 1951, along with their three children - Bouchrah born in 1977, Reem born in 1984 and Saeed born in 1985.
Before being affected by the conflict, the whole family lived in the Al-Shamitieh region near Deir ez-Zor. In August 2017 this zone was subjected to bombings which caused fires, destruction of buildings and numerous victims forcing the family of Abed and Zakieh to flee and seek refuge in Al-Shaibani near Damascus.
Currently this family is living in an apartment for which they have to pay 150,000 Syrian pounds. The father, who had been employed by the army, is now retired and receives a small pension. He suffers from anaemia and complains of general fatigue. The mother suffers from high blood pressure and has difficulty walking. As for the children, Bouchrah is divorced and lives with her parents, Reem suffered in the fires and has had to be have part of his lung surgically removed, while Saeed who works in the construction industry is married and has two children, Faadi and Sarah.
In these circumstances, aid from Coup de Pouce would enable three generations of this family to reunite and meet their most urgent expenses in the areas of health and accommodation.
