Lama Caialli

Lama is married and has seven children. Her husband worked as a labourer, mainly on construction sites.
He did not have a permanent position but moved from one site to another when the need arose.
Lama's family lived in Homs. One morning the father left for work and never returned. There has been no news of him for three years.
Following the disappearance of her husband, Lama had to leave Homs for Hama with her seven children, the oldest being 15 and the youngest being born after the father disappeared. Since that time, Lama and her family have been surviving under very difficult conditions - she has no income and has to beg in order to obtain food and pay rent on her small lodgement which she risks losing if she defaults on the payments. In winter the children scour the streets in search of anything to keep them warm as they only have two blankets to protect them from the cold.
In these circumstances, aid from Coup de Pouce would certainly be welcome and improve the daily lives of this family.
